1. With cash on delivery
You will pay upon receipt of the products you have ordered at the location you have indicated to us.
Cash on delivery is a secure method of paying for purchases. Upon receipt of the products you have ordered, you also pay the amount owed to the employee of the courier company that delivers the order.
This method is only available for destinations within Greece and the cost of cash on delivery is €2.
The maximum order amount that can be paid by cash on delivery is €200.00. There is also the possibility of requesting an advance payment of part of the value of the order in case it is deemed necessary by the customer service department.
2. By Credit card

The use of your credit card for your purchases in the Veloniesbymaria online store is completely safe, as the registration of the card details is done in the secure environment of the EUROBANK.
- Before the confirmation of your order, your credit card will be pre-authorized with a commitment of the total amount in order to make the corresponding commitment of the product(s) that we will send you. For some credit cards that are not technically possible to pre-authorize at this stage, the final charge of the total amount will be made. In the event that at the stage of confirming your order there is a problem with your pre-approval, then Veloniesbymaria will contact you via telephone, on the telephone numbers you have indicated during your registration in order to consult with you on this issue. If none of the provided means of communication with you becomes possible for any reason for a period of 5 days from the sending of your order request, your request will be automatically canceled and you will have to send a request to us again. In this case, you will be sent a relevant cancellation message of your order request to the e-mail address you have given us. In case of successful pre-approval, the final charge to your card is made when the products are sent to you.
- In the event that at any point, even after the product you have ordered has been sent to you, even though the above pre-approval has been received, any by mistake and/or due to a technical or other problem and/or for any other reason and cause your card has not been definitively charged with the corresponding price and costs, our Company has the right to proceed with the final charge of the amount and costs corresponding to your completed order at any later stage, at any point in time . With your final payment, a relevant message will be sent to the e-mail address or contact to the mobile phone you have registered with us.
3. By Deposit to a Bank Account (transfer).
If you do not have a credit card or the cash on delivery method does not work for you, you can pay for the order by bank transfer.

In payments by bank transfer, the order is sent only if the transfer is made at the expense of the sender (“OUR”, not “SHA”) and if the reason for the transfer includes the number of the order it concerns, so that it can be identified .
